The Mission: Throughout the 2024–25 season, 25/EIGHT integrated directly with the NBA Basketball Operations team to execute the league’s most prestigious flagship events. Our mission was to provide support for NBA All-Star Weekend, the NBA Draft Combine, and the NBA Draft. In these high-pressure environments, where timing is everything and the eyes of the world are on the court, 25/EIGHT took full ownership of athlete logistics, movement, and stakeholder coordination.
Our Role & Impact:
NBA All-Star Weekend: Successfully coordinated all player and guest transportation throughout the weekend for the league's marquee event.
NBA Draft Combine: Managed end-to-end travel and transportation coordination along with credentialing for 50 elite prospects and their guests, ensuring secure and efficient flow throughout the evaluation process.
NBA Draft Week: Led complex travel and on-site movements for the prospective draft players and their families in New York City. This required real-time coordination with NBA teams to pivot flight plans and logistics based on live trades and draft results.
Agile Problem Solving: Navigated high-density urban logistics and unpredictable scheduling changes, ensuring that athlete transitions remained smooth and professional under the bright lights of the flagship stage.
