We’re looking for passionate collaborators to help us be the face of the Brand at 25/EIGHT events. You’ll have direct contact with various consumers and clients supporting our team at events and ensuring an unforgettable 25/EIGHT experience.

(Ohio Regional Series) + Milwaukee

The Opportunity: Are you passionate about sports, community, and high-energy events? 25/EIGHT is seeking a core team of dependable, tech-savvy, and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent the SoCal Cup and AIM+ across a premier series of youth volleyball tournaments throughout Ohio.

We aren’t just looking for "staff" —we are looking for the face of the brand. As we expand our regional footprint, you will be instrumental in creating an inclusive, high-octane environment for elite athletes (ages 12–18) and their families.

The 2026 Ohio Series Schedule:

  • Jan 17–19: Columbus, OH (Kick-off & Training)

  • Jan 31–Feb 1: Hamilton, OH

  • Feb 14–16: Cleveland, OH

  • Feb 28–Mar 1: Columbus, OH

  • Mar 14–15: Cleveland, OH

  • Apr 24–25: Cleveland, OH

  • May 30–31: Columbus, OH

Feb 14-16: Milwaukee, WI

Note on Scheduling: High preference will be given to candidates available to work all event dates in the series or those who can commit to full weekends (Saturday–Sunday/Monday).

What You’ll Do (The Activation):

  • Drive Engagement: Be the "energy" at the AIM+ activation booth, greeting athletes and families with a professional, approachable vibe.

  • Tech Advocacy: Assist users with the AIM+ digital platform—helping them sign up, navigate the app, and maximize their tournament experience.

  • On-Site Ops: Assist with booth setup/teardown and ensure the activation area remains polished and inviting.

We’re Looking For:

  • Emerging Sports Professionals: Current college students or recent graduates with a genuine passion for the sports industry.

  • Commitment: Reliability is key. We are looking for a "Strike Team" that can grow with us throughout the season.

  • Team Players: Individuals with a positive attitude who can collaborate effectively and keep morale high.

  • High Energy: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet for extended periods.

  • Tech-Forward: Comfortable with digital platforms and troubleshooting app sign-ups on the fly.

  • Polished Presence: A neat, athletic-casual appearance that aligns with a premier, family-oriented brand.
