The Opportunity: NYC FIFA Finals – Elite Airport Greeter Team
Are you a high-performing young professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments? 25/EIGHT is recruiting a premier team of 15 Elite Airport Greeters for a high-visibility activation during the FIFA Finals block in New York City.
This isn’t just a staffing gig; it is a "First Touch" hospitality role. You will be the face of the event for VIP clients, global sponsors, and executive guests as they arrive for one of the biggest sporting moments of the year.

What You’ll Do:
VIP Greeting & Wayfinding: Stationed at key NYC arrival hubs, you will identify and warmly greet arriving guests, providing a seamless transition from the terminal to their assigned transportation.
Manifest Management: Utilize digital tools to track arrivals in real-time, ensuring every guest is accounted for and handled with priority.
Transportation Liaison: Coordinate closely with drivers and dispatchers to minimize wait times and ensure the "curbside experience" is efficient and professional.
The "First Touch" Experience: Serve as an ambassador for the event, answering high-level questions and maintaining a high-energy, welcoming vibe throughout your shift.
Who You Are:
Experienced: Previous experience in high-end hospitality, airport ops, or major sports activations is highly preferred.
Physically Resilient: You can handle 8-hour shifts on your feet in a busy airport environment.
Tech-Forward: Comfortable using mobile apps and real-time communication tools (WhatsApp/Slack) to stay synced with the Lead team.
NYC Local: You have a deep understanding of NYC geography and reliable transportation to/from the major area airports (JFK/EWR/LGA).

The Details:
Compensation: $24/hour + Per Diem.
Shift Structure: 8-hour blocks (Morning/Evening/Swing).

What You’ll Do:
Event Ops & Logistics: Execute site setup/strike, load-in/load-out, and production assistant tasks with speed and accuracy.
Admissions & Access: Lead front-of-house check-in and registration with an approachable, high-energy vibe.
Back of House (BOH): Support premium hospitality suites, athlete lounges, and high-value product inventory.
Agile Problem Solving: Serve as on-site support for Site Leads, troubleshooting on the fly to protect the client experience.
Who You Are:
Passionate: A genuine love for the sports and events industry is a must.
Sport Management Focused: Current students or recent grads looking to build a blue-chip resume are highly sought after.
Physically Resilient: You can handle long shifts on your feet and have the ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Communicative: You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a "team-first" attitude.
Mobile: You have reliable transportation within the Greater Los Angeles area (Note: Travel is not covered unless specified).
