FOUNDER
Founded by Shawn Berina in 2018, 25/EIGHT was born out of a gap Shawn saw firsthand over years of experience in sports industry events and operations, working directly with professional athletes and major brands. She noticed that many events weren't being executed with the sports-minded precision those athletes and global brands deserved. When clients began asking for that same level of execution beyond the scope of her role at the time, trusting her team to bring it to their own events, 25/EIGHT took shape. The discipline of military service and the accountability of team sports still shape how the company operates today: detail-obsessed, team-first, and built to perform when it matters most.
